Ben Brignell is a designer, consultant and writer specialising in design principles, design systems and product strategy.

He has over 25 years' experience working with public companies, agencies, financial institutions, startups and independent businesses. He has supported both large cross-functional teams and founder-led organisations, working in-house, alongside product teams and as an independent consultant.

In 2017 he founded principles.design, a library of real-world design principles, articles and guides used by millions of designers worldwide.

He is also the author of Design Principles in Practice, a field guide on using principles to make better design decisions.
